A Note from Lindsay

Why a CE retreat?

What if continuing education could feel like this? That’s the question I kept coming back to after we found a family-run rainforest lodge in Costa Rica, almost by accident.
So the CE happens in the afternoons, on a covered deck surrounded by jungle. Your mornings stay open for coffee beside the rainforest, a walk along the creek, a farm tour, a river swim, or simply sitting on your porch with nowhere to rush off to. Partners and families are welcome, too.
You’ll go home with 12 hours of RACE-approved CE, and hopefully something harder to find in everyday life: space to breathe, time in nature, and good sleep.

A Day on a Continuing Education Retreat

What a day actually looks like

Mornings are yours, CE happens in the afternoon, and everything else is optional. Here’s how most days go.

Optional meditation, journaling, or a movement class, then breakfast. Mornings are free for the farm tour, the hike to the turquoise Río Celeste, or simply sleeping in.

Lunch together at the lodge, with much of the food coming straight from the farm.

Veterinary CE sessions with Dr. Garrett Levin on a covered deck surrounded by rainforest, on three afternoons of the stay. Free afternoons are perfect for the swimming hole or the hot tub.

Group dinner by candlelight, plus one evening on a rainforest night walk with local naturalist guides.
